3. Uploaded Content

The App allows users to upload loan-related screenshots or images (e.g., advertisements, confirmation pages, approval screens). Users remain solely responsible for their uploads. By uploading content, you confirm:

• You have legal rights to use and share the image
• Images do not contain personally identifiable information (e.g., names, account numbers, ID numbers)
• No third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks) are violated

Images are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently unless you explicitly choose to save them.

4. Educational and Informational Use Only

All feedback provided through Flash Loan Scan is based on analysis of uploaded content and is intended solely for educational and informational use. The App does not:

• Language processing and OCR (e.g., OpenAI, other NLP providers)
• Advertising networks (e.g., AppLovin MAX, Meta Audience Network, and other ad providers)

These third parties may collect anonymized technical or behavioral data for functionality, but do not access or use your uploaded images unless necessary for processing. All third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, illustrations, interface design, and underlying software code in the App are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any part of the App without prior written consent.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. We make no warranties regarding:
